Giboss - The Broodfather of a Billion Demons

The final boss of the first game in the series, a major antagonist in the fourth, Giboss considers himself less a being, but an unstoppable force of nature.

From the ring on his neck oozes a purple liquid that rolls down his cloaklike body like a raincoat, and it gathers into blobs, and those blobs turn into the Libosses, the mass produced harbingers of chaos, feared all around the world except in Siren City.

Giboss has little control over what Libosses he creates and when they strike, he just makes them. However they can be predicted, and the fact a new subspecies of Liboss called the Atomic Liboss is going to strike Siren City in droves and reduce the city to rubble is no skin off his metaphorical nose. In fact, he's glad to see the city that does not fear his creations destroyed, but this disaster can be prevented by Giboss' destruction.

That is where Cutron and company come in.
