'Third Eye' Jenny Tresolhos - Master of Energy

You know that trope of the blind person that can see more than anyone can but through alternate means? She's that.

One of Siren City's five Weapon Masters, she handles immaterial weapons. "Powers" is the more appropriate term. Not just telekinesis, she can guide people into mastery of forms of energy that she herself can't use. For the right price. Despite her claims, she isn't above earthly desires like money.

For her design, I had some trouble with the colours. I originally wanted to go with a cosmic theme, but I didn't want to use purple, and purple is one of the biggest cosmic colours. I then decided to go with a theme of impossible colours. Science says there's a non-green colour between yellow and blue that the eye can't see. Hence all of her yellow and blue.

Her skintone is based on Cosmic Latte, the average colour of the universe. I just inverted the saturation and halved the value, turning a near-white into brown. Then I dropped some of the green and here we are. Her socks, undershirt and hair tie are Cosmic Turquoise, the former average colour until it turns out the software calculating the average colour had some bugs.

As for the pixellated aura effect, in Storm Warning, telekinesis is represented by a coloured glow reflecting the user (although in earlier pictures I used pale blue for all telekinetics, but hey, things evolve). Jenny's glow colours are colours beyond human perception like yellowish blue, so she has a yellow-blue aura that is pixellated to represent the impossible colour through possible means.
